Phunk Phenomenon raises awareness for Sanfilippo Syndrome, a rare genetic disease caused by a deficiency in enzymes needed to break down toxins within the body. 

 

Owners of Phunk Phenomenon, Reia and Rick Connor, had Jared, their first son,  in 2004.  In March of 2007 Jared was diagnosed

with Sanfilippo Syndrome.

  Phunk Phenomenon utilizes dance as a tool to raise awareness, funds, and research for this rare disease. "Hip Hop For Hope" is our motto and our mission to the find the cure for Sanfilippo Syndrome.
